Somehow, some way, Greeneville consistently finds some to handle the quarterback position and perform at a high level and that’s exactly what Baugh did for the 2025 season. The Green Devils senior took full control behind center last season where he became a leader and a playmaker that led Greeneville to yet another region title. For his senior year, Baugh generated 1,952 yards through the air and 29 touchdowns against one interception while also rushing for 826 yards and another 10 touchdowns. Baugh was efficient, was electric with the ball in his hands and a strong leader last season that did everything it took to help his team win.

 Leading his Green Devils team to a region title and a semifinal placement in the 4A playoffs, Baugh capped off his strong senior year by taking home “Mr. Football” honors on Tuesday afternoon. Taking over the lead role at quarterback this year, Baugh didn’t miss a beat as he led the Green Devils in both passing and rushing. He was a big play threat behind center that caused problems with both his arm and his legs. Taking home “Mr. Football” was a big achievement for Baugh as he had stiff competition but his overall impact on his Green Devils team led the way towards taking home top honors.
