To wrap up my Preseason 4A All-State offense, I have Bryten Close Bryten Close 6'6" | 285 lbs | OL Taylor County | 2026 State KY . Close lines up at right tackle where he is very impressive as a run blocker. He explodes out of his stance and does a great job of using his high motor to drive his man several yards down the field and finish his blocks through the whistle. Close has also shown the ability to pull from the tackle spot and pick up blocks in the open field with ease. In pass protection, he does a great job of keeping a strong base while fighting with his hands to maintain inside position. Close is committed to Louisville where I can see him developing into a key piece of their offensive line unit.
