I’m not shy about hiding my honest feelings–if a prospect plays for a certain program, there’s a reason to take a harder look at them, and the OC Buckeyes are one of those programs. The Orange County-based squad has a team of absolute superstars and I’m willing to bet that probably 75% of them will go on to play a high level of college football. A powerful Center on the offensive line, Colvin is a kid we’ve seen continue to work with the Buckeyes since the 2022 fall season. While it’s scary to say that he’s “only” 6-foot-1 and 285-pounds in the 2029 class, I could name several hundreds of high school programs that would kill for a Center with this size and ability.
