The James Monroe LB/EDGE stepped into significant varsity action as a sophomore and produced at a high level, which says plenty about where he’s at early in his development. There’s good football background there as the younger brother of 2026 ATH Brock Parker, and you can see some of those instincts show up on film. Parker brings versatility to the camp setting too, as he has the toughness and pass rush ability to work with the defensive line group, but it’ll also be interesting to see how he moves and covers in linebacker drills. As he continues to fill out physically, Parker has a chance to become a known name in Class AA.

He’s quick off the edge and brings physicality behind his pads as well as high effort pursuit of the ball.
