Battlefield was perhaps tested a bit in the first half of their win over Gar-Field. Only leading 14-0 at the break, the Bobcats would wake up and score 28 more points to remain perfect. It seems like whenever the Bobcats need a play they go to Banning and he delivers. The top 20 ranked wideout had over 100 yards receiving with two scores.

has a knack for making big plays which explains how he had over 1,100 total yards last season. At receiver he is very slippery to tackle and has good speed to make defenders look silly.
Still with an offer from Hampton-Sydney college, I believe his ceiling is division 2 or higher. Banning will be looked upon early and often with the great chemistry he has with O’Shea.

recruiting is gearing up. The Bobcats have an explosive offense and one that should lead them to another deep playoff run this fall, but you cannot ignore Banning, he is already a star. Explosive with the football in his hands Coach Hatfield loves to use him in the slot which makes sense as he is nearly perfect in his route running. He racked in 15 total touchdowns as a junior and he is due for a few FCS level offers this summer. A 3.8 GPA and his high football IQ are a big reason why schools like Villanova and Lafayette are very interested.
