Bryan Derr Bryan Derr 6'0" | 205 lbs | ATH Bishop Ireton | 2028 VA is a do-it-all type of player for Bishop Ireton, lining up at running back, fullback, defensive end, defensive tackle, and linebacker at times in 2025.

He shows decent speed as a ball-carrier and is very hard to bring down, often times dragging defenders for an extra 2-3 yards before going to the ground. Despite a lack of short-area quickness, he’s been able to make defenders miss near the line of scrimmage on occasion.

Defense is where Derr’s been most impressive, though, especially at defensive end. He’s consistently able to knife into opposing backfields using both a quick first step and decent hand-fighting skills.

Derr could make a name for himself with a big junior season in 2026, and it’ll be interesting to see if Ireton’s coaching staff uses him the same way they did last year.
