Brogan is one that got on my 2029 North Dakota radar pretty late in the process, but is hard to miss with how solid of an open-field tackler he is for his size. He’s quick to get downhill with his sound first step for his age and does so on a pretty constant basis based on last year’s tape he put together. Regardless if it’s outside or in the inside box, you can feel the physicality that Brogan can make when he makes contact with the ball carrier as I feel he needs to put his best tape surely on a full season highlight reel heading into his sophomore season.
