Currently leading the state in receiving, Bullock is currently putting forth a breakout senior year that will not only raise his PRZTN ranking but could force college coaches to take a longer look at this tall and long Mid-Tennessee pass catcher. I already liked what I saw from Bullock going into the season but he has developed nicely, pushing his game to new heights and becoming a true number one receiver for his team. Where I see the most enhancement is with his foot speed. Bullock looks faster, more sharp in his cuts along with the ability to separate deep from his defender. His routes look cleaner and more precise. The Eagles senior also has strong hands and shows good concentration against physical contact. Bullock is a big dude too, so he presents a nice target to throw at and defenders have a hard time bringing down due to his physical size. He does have more development to go but Bullock has taken a great step in the right direction where I think some D1 programs should take a look at his upside and what he brings to the field.
