Expert Analysis
Connor Jackson | Prep Redzone Scout
Blevins is a lean, lanky QB prospect with a baseball background. He is a loose athlete who can make something happen when the play breaks down. He generates easy life and spin on the ball. I am really impressed with his touch, especially in the redzone. It’s not an easy skill to gear down and get the nose to turn over in tight spots, but Blevins proves on tape that he can make that kind of throw while protecting the ball from defenders.

Brody Blevins Brody Blevins 6'1" | 180 lbs | DB Westbrook Christian | 2027 State AL is a field general with the poise and accuracy of a seasoned quarterback. His ability to read defenses pre-snap allows him to make smart decisions under pressure. Blevins has a strong arm and a quick release, enabling him to hit targets downfield or thread the needle in tight coverage. He’s equally dangerous as a runner, using his athleticism to escape the pocket and extend plays. With his leadership and knack for finding the end zone, Blevins is a true dual-threat quarterback.

Brody Blevins Brody Blevins 6'1" | 180 lbs | DB Westbrook Christian | 2027 State AL is a defensive back out of Westbrook Christian who is coming off a really productive freshman season last fall. Blevins, a dual sport athlete in baseball and football, has a ton of athleticism and can make tons of plays for his team. At 6’1 180, Blevins has great size at the position and is super talented in coverage. He is quick on his feet, does a great job of not getting beat downfield, and consistently uses his hands to jar the ball free and bring in interceptions. White is also a reliable force against the run- he doesn’t shy away from contact, is a really good tackler, and plays with a ton of pursuit every snap. It was easy to see this last season as Blevins had a terrific first year starting. He ended the year with 77 total tackles, 3 interceptions, 5 pass breakups, and one forced/recovered fumble. Be sure to watch out for Blevins this fall, he’s going into a big sophomore season where we will continue to see him develop and make plays!
