Brock is a ATH prospect in our 2025 class in Canada that looks the part of a stock riser on tape from the 2023 season. What pops out most for me on tape with Brock is how reactive his instincts have become with the ball within reach with his hands. The length Brock has within his reach is also impressive, showing off a next-level fit within the secondary at safety in my eyes. Brock also shows off a balanced physicality with his contact level that has some development to grow. I also like the growth Brock can make with his ball-tracking ability when going up against intermediate and deep routes.

Brock is a WR prospect that shows off plenty of balance with his pass-catching especially from this most recent Spring season as another prospect hailing out of Grant Park. He shows off some wide hands on intermediate routes and has the ability to go up in high traffic areas and go get the football out of the air with his vertical with some smooth skillsets with his balance. He also shows off some intriguing skillsets as a defensive back, as Brock yet again shows off that physical level with the attention to detail with his upper-body especially with his physical hands.
