Moreno is a rising name to note across the valley for 2029 players and is a explosive and speedy athlete that can make big plays in the open field and is explosive and dynamic with the ball in his hands. He can run tough inside, catch the ball in the flats and lineup at multiple spots offensively and should have a breakout season on varsity as a sophomore for Liberty. Moreno has a smaller compact build but runs hard for his size, has short area twitch and quick feet through traffic and is able to catch the ball and quickly turn upfield and make tacklers miss in space, forcing poor angles and having some wiggle in one on one situations as well.
