Another metro-Atlanta defensive tackle on the rise, Mitchell was added to the rankings update in a big way due to his size, quickness, and ability to shoot the gaps and make plays in the backfield. He can overpower opposing linemen with his size at 6-foot-4 280-pounds and was one of the region’s top defensive linemen last season, making 28 tackles and three sacks. His best football is still way ahead of him, and with a big senior season could see some late D1 interest come his way towards the end of his recruitment.
