A swaggy 2027 athlete who looked the best I’ve ever seen him slinging the rock, Schuett is someone whose stock I see rising significantly during his junior campaign. Some of his best throws came when he was off-platform and throwing in a somewhat awkward position. At his best, Schuett throws a tight spiral and can hit shrinking windows on either side of the field. He’s a talented safety who could evolve into a two-way athlete for the Cardinals.

The final honorable mention performer of the night once again comes out of the 2027 class, as Willmar High School’s QB/FS extraordinaire made the deep drive from Willmar to attend the 612Qs session. It was a smart move too, as the sophomore had a good showing, showing off a quick, snappy release, a tight spiral that looks good coming out of his hand, and consistency on a variety of throws throughout the evening. Another QB name to get on the 2027 Big Board soon!

Sophomore Schuett has been making an instant impact in the Willmar Cardinals secondary, and he capped off his Week 3 with a season-high 10 tackles as well as his first career forced fumble. I’ve long known Schuett as a QB prospect, so it’s cool to see him show off these other aspects of his game.
