Edmonds had a great senior season that saw him earn Second Team All-WCAC honors. Thus far it appears many division 3 schools are interested in the gunslinger. If you read what I wrote about him before his championship game you should know I think he can play. Should be interesting to see where ends up going.

Leading Paul VI to their first conference title in over 20 years, Edmonds has been rolling all season. Coming back from an early season loss to St. Mary’s, the senior throw for two touchdowns and more importantly zero turnovers.

A dual threat passer, since my co-worker Cole evaluated him the young man has been on a terror. He has helped guide the Panthers on this winning streak with his offense averaging over 38 points per game. By talking with him lately you can tell how much this run has meant to Edmonds and his teammates and they are looking to cash in with a title on Friday.

Brett is having a good season at the helm of St. Paul’s offense, leading them to a 6-2 record so far. He has been making plays with his arm and feet with good decision-making in his play to protect the ball. His good athleticism allows him to evade the rush to keep the play alive and can reset his feet to throw downfield or take off and run. He is accurate on his throws with good zip on the ball, and can throw to all levels of the field. Schools looking to add a QB to their recruiting class should consider Brett as an option.

Good height and solid frame. Good post-snap processing, visibility reading his progressions, and operating quickly in the pocket. He displays a strong arm to fit the ball into tight windows and can make short, intermediate, and deep throws with good accuracy. He has good athleticism to extend the play inside the pocket to step up, and can rollout and make a throw on the run.
