Coleman was someone who impressed me last season in his sophomore film. He has more power in his hands than you’d think at 215 lbs. His hands are quick, which leads to strong reps overwhelming offensive linemen. He can set the edge in a three-man front, and can operate inside as a pass rusher in four-man looks. He has a good get-off and is a good athlete. I’m excited to see what Braylon can put together in 2025.

Braylon had an awesome Sophomore season in 2024 where he made 40 Tkl, 10 TFL, 1 FF, 3 PD and had 5.5 Sacks and 22 QBH. His excellent play was a bright spot in the 1-10 season of the Walnut Hills Eagles. He lines up at DE. Against the pass, he uses his very good combination of play strength and play speed to defeat the block of the OT. He is quick in pursuit and finishes up with a sack. Against the run, he shows good use of hands at the point of attack and quickly locates the ball carrier before making the tackle behind the LOS for a TFL.

Coleman plays defensive end for the Eagles. He has good size for a sophomore defensive lineman. Braylon’s calling card is his get-off and athleticism. Out wide he’s a player who can win the edge with his speed rush. He has the athleticism and the fluid hips to counter with hesitations and an ability to cross over the blocker. He seems to have a natural feel for what his strengths are and how to beat blockers. As he continues to develop and add things to his pass rush bag, I’m very excited to see what Coleman’s future holds.
