I left the Showcase a very big fan of 2027 DB Brayden Luckman Brayden Luckman 6'0" | 180 lbs | DB New Berlin Eisenhower | 2027 State WI out of New Berlin Eisenhower. The 6′ 180 lbs junior has 10″ hands, ran a 4.88 40, 4.6 shuttle, board jumped 9’1″ twice, and ran a 7.22 L-Drill. I really liked the patience and high IQ plays Brayden made throughout the day. Multiple times I watched him read the route and then the QB perfectly, allowing him to undercut multiple routes and break up the pass. The junior has the athleticism to be able to run with WRs, but that ability to read and react gave him room to be aggressive. There were a few 1 on 1 reps where he ran the route better than the receiver. I could see the junior, who had 10 PBUs and 3 INTs in 2025, earn plenty of attention and offers this summer as a DB.
