On film, body control is visible as he makes complete body turn catches in traffic. He has excellent hands to pair with his body control making him a sure fire target for the offense. He is a solid route runner who has a basic understanding of a defense allowing him to attack the opposing secondary.

The stage is set for Carroll to have a big senior season. The Panther’s top two receivers have graduated so Brandon is primed to lead Sweet Home in all receiving categories. He has good size and solid hands with the ability to catch away from his body.

Carroll, out of Health Sciences, is a two-way player, but I think his best tape is at WR. Carroll has solid size at 6’1 but is twitched up and shows good overall quickness in his route running and after the catch. Carroll’s best ability is making tough catches on vertical routes with defenders in his face, he is able to catch away from his body with his hands and is able to work through contact at the catch point.
