How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

A conservative and aggressive balance outlines my style of play. I play the ball first, but my priorities also entail making the correct defensive reads to ensure my zone is not being infiltrated uncovered while coordinating the defense via communication.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

On the field I am focused, confident, and relaxed. Relaxation is necessary to build my focus and confidence, which then allows me to concentrate on every coaching opportunity I can develop from. I am an uplifting, empathetic, and realistic person and player. If a teammate screws up, I am a leader in the sense that I use my words rather than being petty and angry to connect with my teammate.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I volunteer for Key Club, my football and track team, and I have received the Triple C award and a Freshman English class award, “The Bildungsroman Award,” which honors development in maturity and independence through hardship.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Previously dealing with homelessness, couch surfing, and being independent for years as a child, and teenager, has allowed me to develop empathy and compassion for football as a getaway, resulting in my dedication to be a leader and spread my love and understanding for the game to my teammates.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Like previously stated, I have been homeless. My father was never around much, and in 2020 my mother developed a serious drug addiction, stripping her ability to parent and inevitably getting us evicted in 2023. Since August 2023, I have lived in six separate households including my friends’, my mom’s friend, a small hotel, and now my friend and his mom since August 19, 2024.

What type of college are you looking for?

Colleges who are strong in either engineering or psychology would be a nice fit for me. Sports wise, if the coach has a reputation of putting players first rather than his reputation I would also be very interested.
