Walton rounds out our top 50 as the 8th WR listed. He is one of my favorite sub-6’0 receivers in the state and plays with perfect compensators. He is an explosive player with a low center of gravity, quickly finding his top speed and proving capable of separating both with and without the ball. He has fiery footwork at the POA, which he uses to deceive and overwhelm corners. Walton can get and stay open, which is where the intrigue is set here.

Walton is one of my favorite sub-6’0 receivers in AL. He is a stout, explosive player who is built with a low center of gravity, almost like an RB. His suddenness is impressive, which he uses to separate both before and after the catch. His ability to overwhelm defenders with his footwork and maintain speed through cuts allows him to separate and work all over the field at a high level, especially for his size.
