Lawton tight end and defensive end Braeden Burrell Braeden Burrell 6'4" | 220 lbs | TE Lawton | 2026 State OK is one of two prospects on this breakdown that we benefitted from seeing at a team camp in the spring. Coming into the Bixby team camp earlier this month, we didn’t know anything about Burrell but that quickly changed. Burrell was one of the more physically impressive prospects at a team camp that featured outstanding individual talent. He immediately checked just about every box from a physical standpoint. But he had to perform to continue that excitement and he certainly did that. And again, this team camp was loaded with individual and team talent so Burrell performing at a high level in that environment had us sold. He’s completely flying under the radar right now as a 2026 prospect but that shouldn’t be the case moving forward. He’s a hidden gem in the state’s ’26 class.
