Wigle put together an impressive season lining up for Fairfield as a sophomore in 2025. He rushed for 255 yards (4.9 YPC) and three touchdowns, caught three balls for 36 yards, and added a trio of two-point conversions. On defense, Wigle collected 23.5 tackles, 19 of which were of the solo variety. He picked off a pair of passes and returned kicks. Wigle illustrates how he gets the job done during his 10th-grade highlight video. Burst, quickness, speed and elusiveness make him a prospect with the ball in his hands, but he’s more advanced with a higher ceiling as a defensive back. Wigle runs with receivers in coverage with easy change-of-direction and crashes down on the run. Zone corner or safety would be options on the next level.
