About Benjamin

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am an aggressive defensive player who brings hard contact through tackles and blocks. I am relentless when pursuing the ball career.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a tough individual who always believes I can achieve what I put my mind into. I am very competitive in school and sports.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

For the past five years I have volunteered for a program called Challengers. The program teaches baseball to students with disabilities. In the Spring I work one on one with a player every week, and I help them develop baseball skills in fielding and hitting.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

At St. Sebastian's I am very passionate about leading class discussions in Theology, English, and Biology.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I am dyslexic and have had to learn lots of strategies to succeed in the classroom. This was extremely difficult in elementary school. Throughout the years, I have worked to improve my writing skills and have become a good writer.

What type of college are you looking for?

Introducing Benjamin Walker, an outstanding edge/defensive lineman from Saint Sebastian’s School in Massachusetts, already attracting attention with early offers from Syracuse and UMass! At 6’2″ and 238 pounds, Benjamin is positioned as a down tackle but projects as a linebacker at the collegiate level.
With a solid get-off and quick feet, Benjamin consistently disrupts plays in the backfield. His powerful hands and ability to utilize various techniques, including a formidable bull rush, make him a force to be reckoned with. He excels at the point of attack, demonstrating a very low pad level and excellent leverage to outmaneuver offensive linemen. Graded within the top 25 in New England for the class of 2028, Benjamin’s high-level defensive skills are set to make him the X-factor for his team’s success this upcoming season. Coaches should keep a close eye on this rising star—his potential is immense!
