Eilerts is a good looking OL prospect out of Torrey Pines. Plays primarily OT but his size/skillset could translate inside to guard at the college level. Powerful at the POA playing with strong hands and lower body to generate movement. Patient before he initiates contact, he stays balanced and under control allowing him to maintain positional leverage and not lunge. Does a good job reacting to movement, using his hands and angles to force defenders where he wants them to go. Moves opponents off the ball in the run game to open up lanes and keeps a clean pocket in pass protection with active feet to mirror and stay in front. Checks a lot of boxes as a future prospect as he develops.

Eilerts moved up from the watchlist to the #22-OL spot in our latest update to the 2028 rankings with his strong play at LT for Torrey Pines last season. He’s a stalwart in pass protection that can move his feet to stay in front and uses his hands to dislodge and disrupt oncoming rushers. Holds good length to his 6’4″/265 frame with seemingly room to grow and add mass/strength as he continues to develop. Eilerts is on the radar of San Diego’s 2028 OL to monitor heading into next season.
