displays amazing effort and the competitive toughness pops off the tape immediately. He shows twitchy upper body movement with nice flexibility in the lower half. This makes it difficult for OL to get hands into his chest and he is a slippery pass rusher overall. Versus the run, he is a disciplined defender and stays square with a good understanding of how to constrict run lanes. Abijo uses his hands to create space and has the burst to close quickly.

Many people may not know much about this Mid-Tennessee edge defender at the moment but hopefully after a big summer camp season, Abijo could become a hot name on the recruiting market. Raw but talented with strong physical traits, this Centennial senior shows on the film tremendous bend and burst around the edge along with the range to stretch out the run game. Abijo also has the frame to take on plenty of weight to become a force at defensive end that works equally well against the pass and run. This is a definite under the radar talent to keep an eye on moving forward.
