Kleppe impacted the action on both sides of the ball as a sophomore at New Hampton this past year. He rushed for 424 yards and a pair of touchdowns, and caught two passes for 11 yards. Kleppe really clamped down on defense, however. He recorded 55.5 tackles with 25 of them being solo stops. Kleppe posted 3.5 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks.
