About Austin

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Have a strong advantage against shorter corners and able to use my upper body strength to push defenders off me and able to shake them off and get past them. I refuse to go down and if I do then mostly everytime it takes the whole team to get me down.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

When I get on that field and I’m in my zone it’s hard to get me out of it. I’m very competitive and will do the best of my ability to get my team the win in close games. Even in practice I’m the same person but play harder in practice than in the real game so when the real game comes it’s easy. I will fight for my brothers no matter what it takes.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I’ve made honor roll in 5th and 6th grade.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

For leadership it would have to be having a strong mindset and metal ability to get through the toughest challenges with my team and I’m the one to be able to encourage my teammates. I ride with my brother no matter who they are.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One huge challenge is being doubted my freshman year and not get the recognition that I feel like I should be on a certain level as. I believe I’m the best and always will be. That’s the mindset I have, but yeah definitely having to sit out of my freshman year because of the doubt they had in me. But trust I’m getting back to work and becoming better than they ever seen.

What type of college are you looking for?

Definitely a college with strong brother hood and wanting to win no matter what it takes. And a college with open minds and strong scem fits.
