Miller caught 35 passes for 609 yards with 8 touchdowns last season and ran for 883 yards with 13 touchdowns. He is one of the top sophomores in the class and is committed to Ohio State.
Don’t let the 14-year-old tag fool you—Miller’s a 6’5”, 200-pound monster who’s already earning All-America nods. His freshman campaign? Insane: 1,573 all-purpose yards, 22 TDs, 8 TFLs, 4 sacks, and 132 total points, landing him MaxPreps Freshman All-America 1st Team, CIF-SS Freshman of the Year, and League OPOY. Playing both ways, he dominated with big-play ability on offense and disruptive edge presence. Scout eval: Prototypical matchup nightmare—size, speed, and hands that could translate to WR/TE or EDGE.
High caliber physical traits with a strong foundational skillset. 6’5” 200 lbs. with prototypical length and growth potential for the major D1 level. Excels as a deep threat with great high point and adjustment ability to attack the ball in the air. Leaping ability and length allows him to go over the top of defenders and rip the ball away. Strong coordination and body control with exceptional radius at the catch point to make difficult plays in traffic look routine. Flashes a hard drive phase and good acceleration off the LOS to push vertically and stretch the defense. Developing route runner that can release against press coverage and then stack to create separation. Combination of natural athleticism, spatial awareness, and size make him a difficult tackle after the catch with the ability to turn short/intermediate receptions into large gains. Comes in ranked as the top 2029 WR holding two D1 offers with great upside that should see his recruitment skyrocket.
Miller was the leading freshman receiver in the Southern Section with 124 yards on 11 catches with a touchdown in Bellflower’s close win over Santa Ana. He has an offer from Sacramento State.
