As a 6-foot-3, 275-pound sophomore, Taylor certainly looks the part of a menacing presence on the interior of the defensive line. Taylor has a ways to go before reaching his potential, but there’s plenty of time for that. The foundation is strong with plenty of room to build on it. Taylor definitely benefits from size and strength. He’s a tough matchup for most opponents on the sophomore level. There’s speed and agility there as well, though. Taylor is at his best when he keeps his pads down and is moving forward. He uses his hands well and absorbs blocks in keeping the backers clean.
