Arique Fleming Arique Fleming 6'3" | 225 lbs | QB Elizabeth | 2027 State NJ has all the physical traits to be a standout quarterback, but this season is crucial to prove he’s a true Division I talent. At 6’2” and 205 pounds, he already has the frame college programs look for. His deep ball is his biggest weapon—reminiscent of Russell Wilson’s signature moon ball—giving receivers a chance to run under it and create big plays. His accuracy on touch throws is impressive, allowing for smooth yards after catch.

The next step in his development? Driving the ball into tight windows. He hasn’t shown much of that yet, but it’s a key skill that will elevate his game. Athletically, he’s mobile enough to accurately extend plays and throw on the run. He’s Prep Red Zone’s top-ranked quarterback in New Jersey, yet he’s still searching for his first Division I offer. This season is his chance to prove he belongs among the state’s elite and get the college attention his talent deserves.
