Anthony Luna Anthony Luna Anthony Luna 6'2" | 195 lbs | QB Western | 2024 CA was the top junior passer in Orange County last season and had the third most passing yards for a junior in the Southern Section with 3,128.

The arm strength is above average and he is pretty accurate to all three levels. He surveys the field well and will often hit his third or fourth option on plays. He has solid pocket awareness and keeps his eyes on the secondary when under pressure.

The concerns I have are with the level of competition. Western was a far superior team than its league opponents and he struggled a bit in the semifinals against Laguna Hills. He is also losing his two top receivers from last season, one to graduation and one to transfer.

Luna will put up big numbers this season and he has looked excellent in 7on7 stuff this summer. If he performs well against good teams in nonleague and the playoffs, he should expect an offer to roll in or two because he has arm talent and high football IQ.
