How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’d describe my style as tough and physical, patient behind my blockers, and decisive in hitting lanes. I use my strength to push through tacklers, finish runs, and create big gains, and remembering that every success is a team effort.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’d describe my mentality as gritty and hard-working, always willing to do the little things that build success. I’m dedicated to the process, focused on improving every day, and committed to pushing through challenges to reach my goals.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Beyond football, I’m active in the Beekeepers Club, National Honor Society, and service projects like the MS Walk and Polar Plunge. I’m a team leader for Unified Sports, helping students with disabilities access athletics, and I’ve been recognized as an IHSA Scholar for my academic achievements. These experiences have strengthened my leadership, work ethic, and commitment to community.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Through football, academics, and service, I’ve developed leadership, teamwork, and perseverance. As a team leader for Unified Sports, I’ve learned how to support and include others, while community projects like the MS Walk and Polar Plunge strengthened my sense of service. Balancing sports with academics has also built discipline and time management, helping me succeed on and off the field.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes, I faced a major challenge when I was injured in September 2024 and needed surgery. My entire football season and basketball season were lost. The recovery required patience, discipline, and a lot of off-season work to rebuild my strength and confidence. Leaning on my faith was also key to recovery. That experience taught me resilience and made me a better player than I was before the injury.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college program that values grit, hard work, and dedication to the process—the same qualities I bring as a player. I want to be part of a culture where the team embraces discipline, pushes each other to improve every day, and isn’t afraid to put in the work required to succeed. #WeNotMe is vital. A program with that mentality will get the best out of me, both on & off the field.
