Andrew Herre Andrew Herre 6'2" | 190 lbs | WR Parsippany Hills | 2025 State NJ from Parsippany Hills is a hybrid athlete who splits time between tight end and wide receiver, but his impact is felt most at wideout. Standing 6’2”, Andrew is a physical player who excels at the catch point. He high-points the football well, using his size and strength to outmuscle defenders. Andrew’s ability to play above the rim and his strong hands make him a nightmare in the red zone. After the catch, he’s a handful for defenders. His thick, robust frame makes him challenging to bring down, adding another dimension to his game.
Andrew is not just limited to football; he also shines on the basketball court, where he plays power forward and center. His rebounding skills translate well to the gridiron, especially in contested catch situations. Despite being under the radar, Andrew has the talent to make a name for himself. Last season, he hauled in 17 catches. With his dominant presence, that number could easily double this year.
On defense, Andrew is just as impactful. As a linebacker, he brings physicality to the point of attack. He’s a force in run defense, fighting through blocks and making tackles in the hole. His versatility on both sides of the ball makes him a valuable asset. While he might project as a Division II player at the college level, his skills, especially on offense, could push him to the next level. This year, Andrew could move from the watchlist to a ranked player.

Coming into his senior season, Andrew Herre Andrew Herre 6'2" | 190 lbs | WR Parsippany Hills | 2025 State NJ will look to make his presence felt to gain more recognition from collegiate programs. Putting up 5 touchdowns with only 17 opportunities, Andrew is that player that needs to be fed the ball much more in 2024.
Andrew is built much differently than other receivers in the state. A stout presence lined up outside, Andrew looks more like a tight end with his height (6’2″) and size (190lb+). Par Hills QB can have full confidence in Andrew when throwing it up his direction. His larger frame allows him to box out the DB and fight for the ball. Another receiver that can catch the ball away from his body, Andrew’s big hands secure the catch even when a defender is ripping at them. I foresee Andrew getting the chance to play at the next level as a tight end or H-back.
