One of the biggest risers in our updated senior rankings is this Chattanooga area big man that shows on film the ability to develop into a starting center on the college landscape. Sporting good size and a technique sound skill set, Gilbert is one of the more improved offensive linemen in our senior class that took his game to another level by developing further with his bend and lower body agility as well as his football IQ. His film is strong. Gilbert handles the blitz well while maintaining his balance and strength. I like how Gilbert worked hard in the offseason to push his game further and put himself on the map as a legit college prospect. He may have to start his career on the lower level of college ball but could be a guy to watch for as a potential FCS, D1 guy down the road.
