One of this seasons biggest surprises and top performers in the MIAA, Andrew helped his St. Paul’s squad to a MIAA B Championship this season. He’s a player I have been very high on since seeing him at practice back in early fall. With a nice combination of size and athleticism, Andrew is a basketball kid who found his home on the football field this year.
In the recents weeks Andrew picked up offers from Howard and Davidson, to go along with offers from Stonehill & Morgan St he received earlier in the fall. A true gem of a prospect and a player I could even see some FBS schools kick the tires on as the portal season ends.
Blessed to receive an offer to Howard University 🦬 @CoachThomas_14 @HubisonFootball @FTRreport #FTR pic.twitter.com/CBvIvPgbvI

brings imposing size and physicality to the receiver position, standing at 6-foot-4, 215 pounds, and he uses that frame effectively on film. Cooper shows a strong feel for spacing, consistently finding soft spots in coverage and turning routine completions into chunk gains. Once the ball is in his hands, he uses his size and strength to shed tackles and fight for critical yards after the catch. Cooper’s recruitment has begun to gain momentum, as he picked up two offers in November from Stonehill and Morgan State, and his combination of size, body control, and production suggests more attention could be on the way as evaluators take a deeper look.

Andrew broke out with huge senior season and is one of the highest new additions to the latest rankings. Falling just outside being at top 100 prospect and being a top 15 player at his position.
I got eyes on Andrew earlier this fall and was very impressed with his play. Contributing over 800 receiving yard and 10 TDs for St. Paul’s and he helped them earn a MIAA B Title this season. Andrew has nice size, frame, and athleticism for the position. Andrew has a basketball background, and he shows that on the field as he is a strong leaper. Will go up and attack the ball and shows the ability to make the difficult catch. A smooth runner, Andrew shows some good route running skills, able to stick his foot in the ground and make strong cuts.
Currently holding two FCS offers from Morgan St. and Stonehill, he should have many more offers in my opinion. He’s a high academic player as well and with his potential as a player he will be a nice steal for whatever program receives his commitment.
Great way to end the season as MIAA B conference champions! Had a great season thanks to all my coaches, teammates, and trainers ending the season with:
40 receptions
808 yards
10 touchdowns
2 interceptions
4 PBU
10-1 record@neil_keenan @Coach1ondon @StPaulsFB @tdhald…— Andrew Cooper

Andrew is having a great start to the year for a surging St. Paul’s team. In week one’s game where St. Pauls went to OT versus a very good St. Albans (DC) squad, Andrew was huge contributor on both sides of the ball. He had 7 rec. for over 100 yards, 2 TDs and 1 interception. That is a do it all big time game against legit competition for Andrew. This past week he had 2 more receiving TDs in St. Pauls big win oner Northeast HS.
With a great size, frame, and length at 6’4″ 210, Andrew looks the part of a big X WR. He’s a smooth, glider runner, a nice overall athlete and a basketball player as well. You see that translate on the field as he is an excellent leaper. Shows good balls skills, can track it and will go up and get it over defenders/ make the difficult catch. Andrew shows some good route running skills that continues to improve. He can break down, stick his foot in the ground to make cuts and working on developing the full route tree into his skill set. On defense, you see Andrew cover ground and can be a centerfield type ball hawk DB.
Overall I really like Andrew’s size, athleticism and potential as a prospect. A high academic kid as well, an IB Student with high test scores. You combine all those attributes and he is a sleeper prospect colleges need to get on now. I can see plenty of FCS/D2 and high academic reaching out to Andrew in the upcoming weeks.
Had a great first full game yesterday against St. Albanys high school in D.C. Finished the game with 7 receptions, 107 yards, 2 touchdowns, and 1 interception.@Coach1ondon @neil_keenan https://t.co/STnENGpD1H
