Occena will make his first appearance in our latest rendition of Ranking Updates. The 5’9″ 175 pound prospect hails from an underrated North Rockland roster which will look to defend home turf following a Section Championship.

Occena is a two way ATH who takes reps at CB and WR. He is a quick threat for North Rockland and displays a quick first step with a solid understanding of the route tree. He is excellent in the return game and is a challenge to tackle in open space. He mainly took snaps on offense, but his elite hands, good footwork and solid speed make him a threat to watch as a CB.

Occena is a hidden gem in the heart of Section One who is an outstanding playmaker. He is easily a top player to watch in Hudson Valley and could be a last minute rankings riser in the 2026 class.
