I don’t know a whole lot about Evans, but I do think he can really play. He seems to have good size and speed on film and I’ve heard good things about him from people in the area. A two-way player, he did his most damage offensively as a runner, though he can play receiver as well. Defensively, he has the athletic traits to be a successful corner.
