Amar’e Carter out of New Jersey in the 2030 class just happens to be a stud at the defensive back and wide out positions. Carter has an outstanding ability to play make and that is a big reason he is heading to the “RIZE” in his home state of New Jersey! He is going to have a great showing there!

There was no shortage of skill position players with talent on the offensive and defensive side of the ball for the Flight Academy Chargers 8th Grade team. One of those skill position prospects was Amar’e Carter Amar’e Carter 5'10" | 135.5 lbs | DB/WR Ewing | 2030 NJ , who started at both Wide Receiver and Free Safety. Carter, the son of the Head Coach, had a very similar build to fellow standout Derrick Jenkins Derrick Jenkins 5'10" | 135 lbs | WR/DB Immaculata | 2030 NJ — long and lean. The future Ewing Blue Devil covers a lot of ground with his long legs and was one of the better Defensive Backs I saw on the 8th grade level in the tournament. He recorded a diving INT on a tipped ball in the championship game.
