One of the names that the state of Louisiana is becoming more familiar with is Amare Burks Amare Burks 6'2" | 185 lbs | WR/DB Covenant Christian Academy | 2028 LA . Burks is one of the better players in the entire state, in my opinion, and he has been backing up tremendously. He is one of the receiving threats that many defensive backs have to worry about, as he has been dominating the competition. He is also one of my favorite players in the state due to the size that he brings, and the speed that he pairs with it. In fact, he can play both slot and outside.
