There’s not a lot to go on in terms of video highlights on Vogt’s Hudl page. He has clips of two plays from this past season. On the first one, he flashes a strong arm and accuracy on a long touchdown pass with plenty of air yards. The second one shows him throwing a quick out. Hopefully we’ll get a season highlight video during the offseason. Vogt’s production and the little bit we see on his current film is intriguing for a freshman on the varsity level. He paced the state’s ninth-graders with 1,234 passing yards, completing 53.2 percent of his throws and tossing eight touchdowns. Turnovers are something he’ll need to get under control, but there’s upside for him as a quarterback and, perhaps, a path to development at another position if it doesn’t work out there.
