About Alex

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I play fast, controlled and aggressive. At Defensive End, I take control of the edges on either side that I play. On Offense I play with the same intensity getting to my spots and catching the ball and blocking. I have good instincts and field awareness. I work to get better at all my attributes everyday.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I'm very serious and focused on whatever task I'm working on. I enjoy the grind. My personality is laid back. I pay attention to small details.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I'm involved with church in helping younger kids. I also enjoy helping the homeless in the city.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I've become a better leader on my team. I try to help other players if their having problems knowing what their suppose to be doing in different schemes. I like to bring people together for the good of things, even when it gets tough.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One significant challenge that I've faced was being born 3 months early. That was hard on my parents during that time.

What type of college are you looking for?

First I want to be at a college that have good majors and academic reputation. I also want to be at a college where I can play football and have that have great coaches that want to teach.
