His ability to fire off the ball and block defensive linemen in the run game is excellent. He shows good strength as he can power drive them off the ball. Where Moyer excels, though, is as a pass blocker. He moves his feet well to stay in front of edge defenders. Moyer has immense potential and has started to visit college football programs, so he has a good chance to play college football in the future.

Competing tonight will do wonders for him as he is on the radars of a number of FCS schools already.

Moyer currently serves as the third Top100 prospect on this Ram offense, with Moyer and Kerchner being juniors to Zoller’s senior. Moyer and Kerchner’s voices will likely boom a bit higher in the huddle, production, experience, and validation can help boost confidence. I have no problem boosting prospects up in the validation department. A lock for FCS love in my opinion. Currently lists as 6’4, 260, measurables that are up and inch and ten pounds since last I checked. Moyer is likely to put forth phenomenal tape junior tape at either tackle spot, yet I wouldn’t be surprised to find a potential collegiate suitor flirting with the idea of Moyer moving to IDL.Moyer’s first soph rep on tape gives you an understanding of how he was moving as a pulling tackle at 250 pounds. The rest of Moyer’s tape has him protecting Zoller’s blindside and absolutely bullying kids who can’t match his upper and lower body strength. The sole aspect potentially holding Moyer back from FBS looks could be his measurables, even though I’d call his build and physique suitable for IOL play at the highest level. The added eyes Zollers way should have eyes land on Kerchner and Moyer, hopefully providing future opportunities.
