Aiden “Rocky” Jones is the most impressive athlete I have seen all season. His ability to get up to speed in such little time is astonishing and will reward him in his recruiting cycle. He is primarily an offensive player who stands out, but his defensive play is more impactful simply because you can’t test him deep. Standing at 5’8”, you’d think he would be easy pickings but he’s made every quarterback he’s played been wrong. He works primarily out of the slot if not set at safety, and he can match up well there, too.

Aiden had a great Junior season in 2023. His great play was a bright spot in the 5-6 season of the Washington Blue Lions where they averaged 24.3 points per game. He displays very good quickness and agility as he quickly gets to the outside and turns the corner. He displays very good contact balance as he breaks tackles from DB and LB with ease. He accelerates to top speed quickly and shows good athleticism in the open field before scoring on a long touchdown run. He exhibits great mental toughness as he rises to the occasion as both a runner and a receiver in the redzone.
