About Adidum
Expert Analysis
Scott Burgess | Prep Redzone Scout
Aadum is a big strong safety at 6’1″ 200 pounds. Made an insane one handed pick in the endzone. Does a good job of jumping routes cutting in front of pass catchers. Uses his long arms to pat down passes breaking them up. Good instincts and is excellent in run support as a hard hitter that takes good angles.

is a rangy safety with the ability to cover a lot of ground in the secondary. He excels at the safety position, demonstrating skills in coverage, tackling, and blitzing. His impressive size and speed make him versatile enough to play any position in the back half of the defense. Aadum plays with great instincts, quickly breaking on passes and showcasing the ball skills to intercept throws from quarterbacks. This spring, he received his first FBS offer, with many more likely to follow soon.

. The sophomore already has good size for the safety position, a great athletic profile for the job. He shows off excellent range that is emphasized by strong instincts and play recognition. Adidum has the footwork and hips to be able to play man coverage on receivers along with his ability to cover a deep half. The sophomore also doesn’t hesitate to fly downhill and fill against the run. Adidum is also a sound tackler that you can trust as the last line of defense. Get this kid on your boards early.

already holds good size but brings far more to the table than feet and pounds. His length and long strides helped him immensely as a triple-option wing, where he popped off some long and productive runs in dominant fashion last fall. With the speed to burn pursuit angles and take the sideline on a defense, Aadum also uses that powerful lower body to easily run through tackle attempts and stay upright without losing too much momentum. I also like his vision, stiff arm, and contact balance, and physicality as a ball carrier, and Aadum was simply too big, fast, and strong for non-varsity opponents last fall. PRzIL is excited to see how he elevates his game out of the freshmen ranks and into the next level!
