He is the 9th rated overall player in the state and 3rd overall quarterback in the state of Arkansas (via Prep Redzone) for the class of 2024. Ringo Displays the ability to throw with accuracy at all levels of the field (short, intermediate and deep) while effectively going through his designed reads. Not only can he sit back in the pocket and deliver with great ball placement, but he can do it on the ground. Whether it’s in reads, RPOs or straight play action, he can get it done. I believe he will succeed in either the FBS or FCS level.
