About Aarron

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Aarron is a disruptive, high-motor interior defensive lineman with the strength to anchor against the run and the explosiveness to generate interior pressure. He plays with excellent leverage, routinely defeating single blocks and holding his ground against double teams. His hand usage is advanced for his level, and his first-step quickness makes him a threat on passing downs.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

As a defensive lineman heading into my second year, I bring a hungry, coachable mindset. I’m not afraid to make mistakes as long as I learn from them. I take pride in being a fast learner, soaking up every rep, every film session, and every correction. My mentality is simple: outwork everyone, stay disciplined, and bring relentless effort every snap. I know I’m still developing, but Im Very commit

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Volunteer for the Goodwill SPWA achievement reward 3x. Summer camp at CCAC in north side Allegheny.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

As I’ve grown in the game, I’ve developed into more than just a playerI’ve become a teammate others can count on. Football has taught me discipline, accountability, and how to lead by example, even when I’m still learning myself. I’ve learned the value of teamwork, putting the success of the unit before my own stats, and pushing others to stay focused, even during tough practices or games.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes, I’ve faced some real challenges since joining the OLSH football program. Coming in as a new player with limited experience, I had to catch up quicklylearning the playbook, adjusting to the speed of the game, and finding my place on the team. At times, it was frustrating making mistakes or feeling like I was behind others who had been playing longer, but I never let it stop me. Iwas motivated

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that will challenge me both academically and athletically. I want to be part of a football program that values development where coaches are invested in helping players grow, not just as athletes, but as young men. I’m drawn to schools that have a strong sense of community, good academic support, and a competitive football environment
