As a returner, he scored several touchdowns on returns last season. He shows legit track speed and does a good job making people miss in space. He has the same skill as a running back. At defensive back, he showed good coverage skills and when the ball is thrown his way he constantly gets his hands on the ball thrown his way. Ulmer is a good athlete who has a ton of potential.
