Preseason 1A Report

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>1A is one of the most aggressive classes in the state of Mississippi. You know you are getting some tough defense. You know you are getting some of the best running teams in the state. I love to watch these games. They are always going to be hitting hard in this class.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong><em>Biggersville Lions</em></strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Biggersville is always going to have a nice squad. They come from a community that loves to play football. Biggersville is another town that loves to run the football. They are going to rely on senior [player_tooltip player_id='910394' first='Jathan' last='Hatch'] to be a leader for this squad. Jayce Taylor is another player on this squad that you need to keep your eyes on. He is an explosive player that will see time at running back and linebacker. I expect to see him making a lot of big time plays this season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong><em>Simmons Blue Devils</em></strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Simmons is always going to be a name to mention in 1A. [player_tooltip player_id='653014' first='Eddie' last='George'] is ready to have a breakout season. There are going to be a lot of teams not ready to deal with the running game from this squad. They are also going to play tough defense every time they hit the field.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong><em>Baldwyn</em></strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='344101' first='Hastin' last='Nelson'] has been on the move this summer trying to get his name out there. Baldwyn is going to be one of the most passing teams in this classification. They are going to be one of the best teams in 1A this season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong><em>McEvans</em></strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>McEvans is one of the most talented schools in 1A. They are going to be running the ball a lot next season. They are another school in the Delta that is always overlooked. I expect for them to do some great things this season. McEvans is a team that always have super athletic players. Most of the guys excel in more than one sport.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
