The Miami Southridge transfer has displayed above-average body control to adjust to the football and is an ideal target on fade routes in the corner of the end zone. He can improve as a blocker, but as a receiver he is as good as it gets at the tight end position.

Proctor is a rare talent. His ability to catch the football is superior to many wide receivers, and his size and strength make him a very tough cover.

The transfer from Miami Southridge is an excellent route-runner for his size and knows how to get open against top-tier defensive backs. Proctor is a solid blocker, but can improve in technique in this area to be more well-rounded. It will, however, be tough to find a better pass-catching tight end in the country.
