The 6’0 165 Sophomore made his 2nd varsity start for the Tigers on Friday and helped Dawson County set some team records.

They beat Johnson-Gainesville 71-0 setting a team record from point scored and margin of victory. Weaver was 9/10 for 152 yards and 4 passing TDs to 1 INT. Shows good confidence in the pocket with a quick release and a cannon for an arm. Did well in Week 7 in his 1st start almost knocking off Region leading GAC. It will be interesting to follow his progression as he gains more on the field experience.
