Scott TE Jax McCarty Jax McCarty 6'4" | 215 lbs | TE Scott | 2024 State WV made his commitment to West Virginia State where the Yellow Jackets are putting together a nice 2024 class of in-state players.

McCarty was a PRZ WV Class AA Second Team All-State selection this season and finished at the #1 spot in the TE rankings after a productive senior year with the Skyhawks.

He hauled in 20 passes for 346 yards and 5 touchdowns on offense while adding 31 tackles, 6 TFLs, and two sacks on defense.
